AI marketing consultant in Bath.
I run hands-on AI marketing workshops and consulting for Bath marketing teams, in your office, working on the campaigns and briefs you already have open. An hour, a half day or a full day.
I am not based in Bath. I am fifteen minutes away in Bristol, which turns out to matter more.

No fake Bath office.
Plenty of consultancies will tell you they cover Bath. What that usually means is a London day rate with travel on top, and a session shaped around the fact that somebody got on a train at seven.
My honest position is that I am in Bristol, fifteen minutes from Bath Spa. Close enough that coming to you is not an event, and no part of my journey needs to end up on your invoice.
The practical effect is that the format can suit you rather than the travel. A focused two hours is worth doing here. From London it would have to be sold as a full day to make the trip worthwhile.
Your work, on the day.
Nothing here is a curriculum. We open what your team is actually working on and move it forward, so you finish the session with the job further along rather than with notes about a job.
The shift I am after is from treating AI as a clever search box to handing it a real piece of work, with your judgement deciding what comes back is good enough. That is the bit almost nobody teaches.
A questionnaire beforehand tells me where you actually are. See the full workshop, step by step.
Me. That is the whole list.
I am Andy Mills. There is no account manager, no junior sent in my place, and no team you meet once at the pitch and never again.
Twenty years in B2B marketing, nearly all of it in-house, including building marketing functions from nothing more than once. I have been the person the plan lands on, which changes what you think a good plan looks like.
Common questions.
Are you actually based in Bath?
No, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. I am in Bristol, which is a fifteen minute train from Bath Spa. That is nearer than a lot of people get to their own office, and it means an in-person session in Bath is straightforward rather than an expedition.
There are two of us in marketing. Is that too small?
No, and small is often better. With two people I can work on your actual campaigns rather than pitching the session at the middle of a large room. Nobody gets to hide at the back, which sounds like a threat and is usually the reason it works.
Would remote be cheaper?
Marginally, and it is available if you prefer it. Given how close Bath is, the saving is small enough that it rarely decides anything. If we are in the same room the work gets done in front of you, which is worth more than the difference.
I came into this overwhelmed. I knew AI mattered, but I didn't have the time to work it out on my own. I needed someone to guide me.
The workshop with Andy was practical and hands-on. We worked on my actual projects rather than sitting through a lecture. I came away with things I can use, not a list of tools to go and investigate.
I now feel confident and able to maximise Claude.
