Terms and Conditions

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms cover your use of goodvibemarketer.com and everything published on it — the articles, the Blueprint, the free Claude Skills, and the newsletter. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

The site is run by Mills Media Group Limited (trading as GoodVibeMarketer), a company registered in England and Wales under number 15996552 and working out of Bristol, United Kingdom. "We" and "us" below mean the company; "I" and "me" mean Andy Mills writing on its behalf. You can reach us at andy@goodvibemarketer.com.

Registered office: 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR. VAT registration number GB484 7021 81.

What this site is

It is a place where I write about AI in marketing and publish the systems I build. The material here is general information, written from my own experience. It is not professional advice, and it is not tailored to your business, your market or your legal and regulatory position.

Anything you take from here, you implement at your own risk. Marketing results depend on your product, your audience and your execution, so nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome. Where a result is described, it is a description of what happened in a specific situation, not a forecast of what will happen in yours.

The free material

The newsletter, the Blueprint and the Claude Skills are free to read, download and use, including in commercial work. You may adapt them for your own projects.

What you may not do is repackage them and pass them off as your own — republishing them wholesale, selling them, or presenting them as your work or your product. Quote from them, build on them, and credit the source.

They are provided as they are. We make no promise that a Skill, a template or a workflow will work in your environment, keep working as the underlying tools change, or be maintained on any schedule.

Working together

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to provide services. Pages describing workshops and consulting explain the kind of work I do and invite a conversation about it.

Scope, timing, format, fees and payment terms for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins, and those written terms govern the engagement. Booking a discovery call commits neither of us to anything beyond the call.

Intellectual property

The writing, illustrations, code and design on this site are ours unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright. Trade marks and logos belonging to other companies appear here as references to those companies and remain theirs.

You are welcome to quote from the site with attribution and a link. You need our permission before republishing a whole article, mirroring the site, or using its content to build a competing product.

Using the site

Please do not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks these terms
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its endpoints or its infrastructure
  • submit anything to the forms that is abusive, deceptive or automated spam
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people

Anything you send through a form must be yours to send, and accurate. We can decline to respond to, and delete, anything that is not.

Other people's sites and services

The site links out, and it relies on third-party services — the newsletter platform, the booking tool, the host. Their terms and privacy policies govern what they do, and we are not responsible for their content or their conduct. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, move or remove any part of it, at any time, without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or lost goodwill, arising from your use of this site or the free material on it.

These terms cover the site and its free material. Liability under a paid engagement is dealt with in the written terms for that engagement, not here.

Privacy

How the site handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top says when it last moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
