01 · The problem

It isn't you. The field is genuinely overwhelming.

Every week there's a new tool, a new model, and another post telling you you're behind. You're a marketing leader, not a prompt engineer, and you don't have weeks to sit and work it all out.

Feeling like you can't keep up is the normal, sane reaction to a space moving this fast. The answer isn't more reading. It's a guide who has already done the work and get you feeling confident about using AI fast.

02 · The reframe

The mistake is trying to learn everything.

Most marketing leaders treat AI as one more thing to master. That's the trap.

And here's the other trap: thinking it's a magic button. It isn't. AI still takes work to get to something you'd actually publish. The difference is the work is front-loaded. You put the effort in once, getting the setup and your standards right. Then you repeat it. That's where the gains come from.

So the shift isn't from working to not working. It's from doer to orchestrator. You direct the AI that does the work, with your taste and judgement as the quality gate.

AI executes. You steer.

03 · What it is

Built around your work, not a curriculum.

Most marketers are stuck using AI as a glorified chatbot. The goal here is to move you up a level, from chatting with AI to delegating real work to it. And when you're ready, from delegating tasks to building systems that run.

Before we start, you fill in a short questionnaire so I know where you are on that journey. Then the session meets you at the right level, rather than starting where a curriculum assumes you are.

It runs one-to-one or as a small group, and anything from a focused hour to a full day. I run sessions in person in Bristol, Bath and London, and remotely for teams anywhere else in the UK. We settle the right format on the discovery call.

04 · What you leave with

What you leave with.

Clarity

A clear read on where you are with AI right now, and the specific next step that moves you forward, not a generic roadmap.

Confidence

Real progress on your own work during the session, so you leave having done it, not just watched it.

A shift

The move from using AI as a chatbot to delegating actual work to it. That's the unlock most people are missing.

A direction

A clear sense of what to tackle next, whether that's going deeper yourself or bringing your team along.

05 · Who this is for

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

You don't need to be technical. You don't need to know where to start. That's the whole point.

This is for marketing leaders, CMOs and heads of marketing who:

  • know AI matters but haven't had the time to get on top of it
  • want to lead the shift, not just delegate it and hope
  • would rather have a guide than another twenty browser tabs

It isn't for everyone. If you want to sit back and watch someone else do AI to your team, this isn't it. This is for the person who wants to steer.

06 · How it works

How it works.

01

A free 30-minute call. We work out where you're stuck, whether this is a fit, and the right format, one-to-one or a small team. No pitch.

02

A short questionnaire. Once you book, you tell me where you are on your AI journey, so the session lands at the right level rather than starting where a curriculum assumes you are.

03

The intensive workshop. A focused session, in person or remote, one-to-one or group, weighted to strategy or hands-on as you need.

04

Going further. When you're ready, we go from delegating tasks to building systems that run, whether that's you going deeper or bringing your wider team along.

07 · Who's running it

Who's running it.

I'm Andy Mills. First and foremost, I'm a marketer, not an AI engineer or developer. Twenty years doing B2B marketing in-house, the last two using AI to run real campaigns.

That's what this is about. Not theory, not a tool tour. The hands-on use of AI to do the actual work: campaign planning, reporting, emails, landing pages, design, websites, all of it.

Why work with me? I'm a marketer solving real marketing problems with these tools. I'm not teaching AI in the abstract. I'm showing you how I actually use it, and how you can too.

More about Andy.

08 · Questions

Common questions.

Do I need to be technical?

No. This is built for marketing leaders, not engineers. You don't need to write code and you don't need to know where to start, which is the whole point. I'm a marketer rather than an AI engineer, and we work on your marketing rather than on tooling in the abstract.

Where do you run the workshops, and how long do they take?

In person in Bristol, Bath and London, and remotely for teams anywhere else in the UK. Anything from a focused hour to a full day. We settle the right length, format and location on the free thirty-minute discovery call.

Is it one-to-one, or for my whole team?

Either. It runs one-to-one or as a small group. Some leaders start on their own to prove the approach, then bring their wider marketing team along once they know what they want from it.

Which AI tools does it cover?

Claude, mainly, connected to the tools you already work in. The point isn't a tour of every tool on the market. It's getting one setup working properly against your real workflow, so good output stops depending on good prompting.

What do I need to have ready?

A Claude account on a paid plan, Pro at minimum, and a few pieces of real work: something you've written recently, something you've shipped, and a recurring task you'd rather never do again. Once you book, a short questionnaire confirms all of it and tells me where you are on your AI journey.

How is this different from an AI course or webinar?

A course teaches a curriculum and hopes it applies to you. This starts from where you actually are, and we work on your own campaigns, briefs and reporting. Your hands on the keyboard, not a demo you watch.

What clients say

I came into this overwhelmed. I knew AI mattered, but I didn't have the time to work it out on my own. I needed someone to guide me.

The workshop with Andy was practical and hands-on. We worked on my actual projects rather than sitting through a lecture. I came away with things I can use, not a list of tools to go and investigate.

I now feel confident and able to maximise Claude.
